Open Planned Kitchen
This Kitchen was original the normal slim gallery kitchen installed in a council house. By installing RSJ's and giving a 3 metre out, extension it was easily produced into a nice Open Planned modern Kitchen. Giving the customer a great feeling, and she loved the new sensation. One thing she continues to mention is she doesn't now mind cooking and actually loves spending time in there making cakes with her daughter.
Kitchen Lighting
3 individual lighting Circuits for the 3 parts of the kitchen. Which included the old gallery part which had a standard rose. The new large extension which had 2 floating bronze roses which acted on the same lighting. Then the Partition boxing between the new and old Kitchen which had 3 spotlights. We made this so you could have as much or as least light as you may wish. We also put lighting in the Plinths beneath the base units and underneath Wall units.

How Long it takes to install a new Kitchen
Kitchen installations can take anything from a couple of days to rip out and replace an existing kitchen. Time allocated to fitting a new kitchen can be varied on a few things these can include.
- If extra walls are to be knocked down and structural RSJ’s are to be installed.
- If services are to be moved i.e Electric, GAS, water appliances and Drainage
- The new kitchen layout is completely different from the existing

Fitment of Kitchen in open planned extension. The sink is not yet cut into the worktop. Hob and none of the second fix electrical work are complete but all the wires are were needed from the first fix electrical work. Kitchen Ireland has formed to its correct location and just needs to have its worktop on with finishing decor of end panels. The cooker hood is fixed in place and perfectly correct / centre of the kitchen Ireland. Double oven fixed into place after large lador Unit was made and fixed in its own void.
Utility Room - Fitting
As we added a side Wrap around extension to the house one room was being allocated to have a utility room. The house combi boiler was also placed in the utility room to give extra safety feature from being in a main room. As good with any Utility room was that you could close the door and have a seperate room for clouths washing which makes noise reduction a far less. A sink was later added into the Worktop to give the Utiility room a seperate facility from the kitchen to do any hand washing.
