Structual Demolision
On Structual Demolision we always to all works safely and do risk assessments to determine all necessary risks. If need be we will arange for a structual Engineer to give us guidance on how to safely and correctly do our Works Safely and Correct. We have had many years of experience on how too.
Demolished Living Stairwell Wall
The Living area and stairwell was divided by a block wall, with a door way into living area from entry porch. We demolished the Brick wall which was a non structual block wall. We would later on take the stairwell away for new modern stairs which retruned direct into living area. Which in turn would modernise the down stairs of the house.
Bathroom Demolished
We refurbished this bathroom as the 2nd bedroom was big enough, too take the block wall out inbetween them. This was to allow us to add an extra foot to allow for addititinal features in the bathroom of a 600mm floating sink. We built a partition wall rather than block to seperate the space as it was quicker to build and for service pipes to be hidden in.
Demolition After House Extension
RSJ installed after House Extension was made, Which then we had to Knock supports through using Acro Props, INstall RSJ and then brick up to finally take down the wall. All work was Set out from a Structural Engineer and then signed off after work completed from an approved Building Inspector.
