When Elite Cardiff Builders agree to Commence any works and you are the Customer we will hand over important Documentation. This may include some of the following dependent on the job at hand.

• Risk Assessments
• Contracts Of Works
• Plans if You would like for us to supply these. 
• Building Inspector - Signed off after work Completion
• Important Information on Job in Hand. 

What Ever Building Task you ask us to undertake we will always provide you the right documentation for the correct Building job. 

1. Loft Conversion - Mainly comes under Permitted Development, No Planning Permission Needed. Always check with the local Council. 
2. House Extension - As long as no further than 3 Metres classed as Permitted Development. 
3. Porch Extension - Patroods the line of all the other Houses, Will Certainly Need Planning Permission and to be signed off by Building Regulations. 

Not always is planning required and it is always best to check before any work is started as a failure to do this may hold any works up. Worse Case any works achieved may have to be taken Down.
